I like to talk about selfcare because it is important to practice it as much as you can, remember self-care isn't an act of selfishness, it is simply just reminding yourself of your self worth and how much you do need to look after yourself in order to live a health life and lifestyle.

- write in your journal
- plan a dinner date
- plan a day out with your friends
- listen to piano covers of songs
- go for a run
- buy flowers for yourself
- create a vision board
- join a social society at university/in your town
- write down things that make you happy
- do some yoga
- play your favourite board game
- cook something new
- bake cookiesa
