All of us have days where we feel down, the important thing is to keep your mind busy here is a list of things you could do when you want your mind to be somewhere else;
  1. drink a cup of tea
  2. watch a disney movie
  3. sit in the sun
  4. listen to music
  5. doodle
  6. paint
  7. write something
  8. brain dump
  9. tidy up
  10. call a friend
  11. drive to a new town
  12. travel to a new place
  13. take a walk
  14. eat some chocolate
  15. cook
  16. bake
  17. do some exercise
  18. read a book
  19. write in your journal
  20. watch harry potter!
